really good stay
clean rooms attentive staff superb breakfast great service
the hotel rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. the staff seemed attentive and friendly. the breakfast was superb (especially the pancakes!). i found the spa to be wonderful with great service and a serene environment.
The buggy wait times were occasionally long. I waited about thirty minutes once, even with follow-up calls.

The reception staff was cute. I received early check-in without any issues. the housekeeping service stood out. My room attendant always greeted me with a smile and ensured i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

the room was spacious with thai-inspired interiors and a nice lagoon view. the mini bar had a good selection of drinks and snacks. the bed was very comfortable ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploring.

lagoon access friendly staff delicious cuisine
I enjoyed direct access to the lagoon pools from my Premier Lagoon Access room. The convenience to relax on my own terrace right by the pool was top. Staff members displayed excellent friendliness. They were great. I especially enjoyed the beach restaurant cuisine. It was among the best I tasted.
The buggy wait times were sometimes longer than expected.

The resort has lagoon-style pools offering a relaxing alternative to the main pool area. An infinity pool overlooks the Arabian Gulf.. It is an AMAZING place to unwind. A range of water activities is available .

clean room helpful staff breakfast buffet slow check-in buggy delay full occupancy
the room was clean. the staff were helpful and cute. the breakfast buffet was good (i enjoyed the variety).
the check-in was slow. ordering a buggy took a long time. it seemed they were not ready for the hotel being so full (i waited almost 30 minutes).
